WBHS Band Update: Band Camp, Physicals, and New Payment Options!

Hello, Band Family!

We hope everyone is enjoying their summer and getting excited for another fantastic marching season. As we prepare for band camp and the start of the school year, we have a few important updates and reminders to share.

New Commitment Contribution Payment Options.

We understand that every family has different financial needs, so we are excited to offer three ways to complete your band pledge commitment this year:

Option 1: Pay in Full (by July 24th)

Families who pay their band pledge in full by July 24th will receive a $50 discount on their total commitment.

Option 2: Pay in Half

Need a little more flexibility? You may choose to divide your band pledge into two payments.

Option 3: Smaller Payment Options

Our newest option allows families to spread payments out over time through bite-sized,1 time payments. Payments can be broken down in the best way for you to contribute, making it easier than ever to budget for band expenses.

Band Camp Reminder

Band Camp is quickly approaching!

We would love to see new and familiar faces there to help us make the summer camp experience the best it can be! Sign up here: https://www.wbhsband.com/general-8. Volunteering is an important part of supporting William Blount Band, and we are streamlining the process under our volunteer tab. You can easily see what's open, the times you can make it, and plan ahead.

Band Camp Dates: July 13 – July 24

Band Camp is one of the most important parts of our marching season. Students will learn music, drill, marching fundamentals, and build the teamwork that makes our program successful.

Physicals Required

All students must have a current physical on file before attending Band Camp.
