Hi all! Band camp starts tomorrow! We wanted to give you a few things to look for!

Commitment Contribution

We are encouraging a commitment contribution payment by the end of July 13th. While we suggest 100$, this is not a mandated amount. Please contribute what you feel you can. Any amount helps. You can make that payment here on this page: https://www.wbhsband.com/store

We are also accepting donations of sunscreen, watermelons, nut-allergy-friendly snacks, rehydration powders, and first aid supplies!

Band Camp Itinerary

Please remember to pack and bring your own lunch. Dinner is going to be provided every night but Wednesdays. (If you are having trouble bringing your lunch, please reach out to your section leader, a drum major, or wbhsbandtreasurer@gmail.com

Week 1

Monday, July 13

8am-11:30am

• Freshmen, New Members, Leadership, Drumline/Front Ensemble, and Guard Report for camp. Upperclassmen are also welcome but not required until dinner @4pm!

• Check in is required upon arrival at the registration tables out front

  • Submit paperwork 

  • Online registration/paperwork is also available - Check-in is still required

  • Students will report to sections with section leaders

11:30am-1pm LUNCH 

• Bring a packed lunch! Students must stay in designated areas only! 

1pm-3pm Music Sectionals - Freshmen, New Members, Leadership, Drumline/Front Ensemble, and Guard 

3pm-4pm Music Rehearsal in the bandroom Freshmen, New Members, Leadership, Drumline/Front Ensemble, and Guard 

4pm-5:30pm Dinner - Provided by: Thank you to Papa Johns and Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen.
